WAYON Electronics, a manufacturer specialized on circuit protection devices and power transistors headquartered in Shanghai and distribution partner of TRS-STAR GmbH is presenting its new C4 SuperJunction Mosfet family.

With the 3rd evolution of its 700V C4 Mosfet WAYON achieves a further reduction of the RDS(ON) per chip area and a reduction of the gate charge to reach one step further to higher power density and improved switching performance. The low RDS(ON) is resulting in higher system efficiency because of lower conduction losses especially for application running under full load and light input voltage. Compared to the previous part generation the optimized gate charge QG leads into a significant improvement of the dynamic performance of the devices regarding switching losses and driving power.

The current portfolio is including parts with 700V blocking voltages and channel resistances reaching from 0.3 Ω to 1.14 Ω in standard SMD- and THT housings. The C4 Mosfet family will be expanded with further voltage classes and housing variants in future.
