MOSFETs from WAYON are available from TRS-STAR GmbH in Stutensee. WAYON is the first Chinese manufacturer to launch a new SuperJunction MOSFET family with blocking voltages of up to 1,200V and is expanding its portfolio of surge ability MOSFETs with high power density and very good EMI performance.The MOSFETs can be used in various THT and SMD industry standard housings and according to the manufacturer, significant improvements in terms of reliability and efficiency in the end application are achieved. For space-critical applications, there are some fully insulated TO-220 Full Pack housings with reduced housing height for screw or clipmounting.

The breakdown-resistant MOSFETs are characterized by a very low FOM (Figure of Merit) value. Typical applications for the inexpensive components are, for example, chargers and adapters as well as PCs and televisions.
